1. Research method The main research method of this paper is to collect and analyze the books Chinese online payment related, research institutions reports, research papers and news material of industrial related. In order to improve the objectivity of the consulted the investigation material and statistics of every year, which is delivered by internet research and development authority and represent to Chinese study. In order to help understanding the introduction part of related online payment, we get a general theory by researching related document, in the aspect statistics and material in in study of third-party payment market development, we collect data from Chinese internet research organization (iResearch), China Internet Network Information Center ( CNNIC) and Chinese Internet Network Information Research Organization(Analysis International), and then we analysis those materials and sort them out. Besides, we got conclusion by studying the exist document and relative papers at home and abroad, especially the analysis of the third-party payment business case that can represent Chinese study, which we can understand restrict factors of the development in third-party payment market. “PEST Analysis” is used as a reference to study macro-factors of Chinese third-party payment, also, it can divide the body part of the paper into four parts :political environment, economic environment, social environment, and technological environment. 2. Framework of Paper This paper is divided into 6 chapters. Chapter 1 introduced the research background, purpose and study method. Chapter 2 provided a theoretical framework of the study, introduced e-commerce and the most basic content of third-party payment and analyzed the developing status of third-party payment market objectively, including concepts, classifications and characteristics. Besides, from the perspective of political, economical, social and technological environments, this chapter explored the macro-factors of Chinese third-party payment market development. In chapter 3, according to the case study on TencentPay, which is treated as a represent of Chinese third party payment platform, we described Chinese third-party payment environment. In chapter 4, we described the developing constraints of China’s third-party payment in three aspects, as Chinese economy environment, legal environment and technological environment. In chapter 5, we described the some solutions to solve the problems that talked in chapter 4. In chapter 6, we firstly analyzed the impact of Korea e-commerce enterprises caused by the development of Chinese third-party payment market and restriction factors, then, we finally got the final summary and put forward the relative conclusions.Key words: E-Commerce, Chinese Third Party Payment Market, Developent Constraints
