The purpose of this study was tantamount to compare the creativity between countries for students from South Korea and China. Based on the Byung-Gee Bak (1998), creatively-motivated-attitude, three factors of ability, 13 subcomponents factors, the integrated creativity scale consisting of 52 items was produced. The subjects were 152 elementary school students and 137 middle school students from Korea, 76 Elementary school students and 130 middle school students from China, total 495 students. Both groups of students were invoked as a cross. Internal consistency and item response trend for questions, reviewed the unidimension of the 13 sub-factors, 52 items were made available for the confirmatory factor analysis. The research result showed that the average of the various factors of creativity between students are no longer a big difference although of there are different educational institutions. Chinese elementary school students' creativity of curiosity, elementary, adventure, imagination and the power of extraordinary creativity is better than Korean elementary school students. But for the middle school students, there were distinctly differences. When students in middle school, there are many physiological and psychological changes of puberty. In profile, the educational institution and puberty affect the changing of creativity of middle school students. Chinese middle school students' various ability averages of creativity are much lower than the Korean's. On this account, Chinese middle school students' ability of creativity is worse than the middle school students in Korea.Keywords: Creativity, China, Korea, Cross-Cultural Comparison
