The rapid economic development in China earns China an increasingly important position in the world economy. According to China's National Bureau of Statistics data, which showed that in 2013, China is one of the largest international commodity exporters. Recently, with the development of world economic and trade, the environment problem are getting more and more attention. While due to the fact that China's a variety of export products can not reach the international markets' green product requirements, the export market is hard to consolidate and expand. On this basis, this thesis firstly represented the definition and formation of Green Trade Barrier. It is permitted by the WTOs regulations to reasonably use green trade barrier to protect ecology, but unreasonable use of it is objected. This paper, through an analysis of the green trade barrier in China's agricultural products exporting, puts forward the counter measures of avoiding green trade barrier and enlarging the exporting. Then the author analyzed the impact of the green trade barriers on Chinese exports of agricultural products. Due to the Green Trade Barrier, the author especially implored the plight of China's exports of agricultural products. Moreover, this paper uses literature research methods, compared to other major agricultural exporting countries, such as Japan, Europe, America and Korea, we can summary some valuable conclusions from the developed countries. Last, This paper discusses the positive and negative reasons of green trade barriers on Chinese exports of agricultural products and the Chinese government decided to take actions from government, business, personal three approaches to enhance the export of Chinese agricultural products.Key Words: Green Trade Barrier, Exports Of AgriculturalProductsStudent Id Number: 201250746
