In the 20th century, the political system was as the center of the international order system, but after going into the 21st century, the intellectual property is the core system of the economic system, based on this, in the development of international trade the international technical trade which is based on the intellectual property rights continuously has been increased its important roles. some developed countries have already long been adapted to these changes in the international economic environment would improve productivity rather than traditional technology based on more high value added business and increased investment. Those intellectual property rights and the core of the intellectual property in the international community are increasingly highlighted their importance, in these situation Korea and China, both countries also have lots of effort to the strength of intellectual property rights for the development of international technical trade. Since China and Korea had formed a friendly relationship in August 1992, both countries' technology exchange and trade have been increasing every year. However, Korea has an enable to the technology exports and the application of the intellectual property rights to China, on the other hand, China still has the passive position to Korea for ensuring the intellectual property and the technology exports. This paper has therefore examined the current conditions and problems in the Korean technology trade and makes suggestions for improvement. This paper is significant in that it has helped to implement a plan that aims to promote the Korean technology trade and, ultimately, to make Korea a leader in the technology trade based on the thorough analysis of current conditions.
