Having a sense of humor is very important when we communicate with each other in the everyday life. So it's very meaningful when Korean teacher utilize the humor text to cause student's concern and interest at the Korean instruction.A humor text could be defined as linguistic expression that is produced to give pleasure to somebody or to cause a laughter. The objects of this thesis area speeches, lectures, and entertainment show programs such as soap-operas, comedy shows and talk shows in which humors tack place. Korean teacher could teach students more effectively at the Korean class by utilizing various humor texts. There are five main parts in this study. The first chapter introduces the purpose and methods used in this research, and the analysis of the previous studies aim to have a better understanding of the theories of development of humor texts's application in the educational of Korean. The second chapter discussed the value of humor texts and the standards of humor texts selection in the field of Korean education at first. Based on these theories, and the researcher has suggests same models of instruction in Korean education by dealing with humorous texts.Based on the above two chapters, the third chapter analyzed how to teach Korean vocabulary by humor texts in detail. It is embodied the concrete models of Korean vocabulary education with humor texts that can be applied in actual Korean vocabulary class. In the four chapter, the researcher analyzed how to teach Korean pragmatics by humor texts in detail, and also it is embodied the concrete models of Korean pragmatics education with humor texts that can be applied in actual Korean pragmatics class. Finally, through the above analysis regarding of the education situation, the researcher analyzed how to teach Korean culture by humor texts in detail. The researcher analyzed the goals of Korean culture and the different types of humor texts to get a conclusion that find the most effective way to reach the goals of Korean culture education. To sum up, this study suggests some applicable and concrete ways of Korean vocabulary, pragmatics and culture education focusing on jocks and humor texts. What is significant is this thesis is suggested same actual model of Korean education by dealing the humor texts.
