The thesis aims to help students to get rid of the influence of their mother tongue and further familiarize and correctly use the negative question sentences. native speakers can easily understand the context of conversations, so that they can grasp the intention of other speakers and make proper answers in each situation. They are also able to use one expression with diverse intentions in different situations. However, negative question sentences are very difficult in understanding diverse intentions and giving appropriate answers in an expression for both China and Korea foreign language students. Negative question sentences contain various intentions such as suggestion, conformation and request according to its context, and require appropriate answers in the context. This thesis aims to conduct a detailed contrast and analysis of the classification, usage, as well as the formative factors of Korean and Chinese negative questions sentences, and find out their similarities and differences, hoping to provide beneficial assistance for both Chinese and Korean foreign language students.
