本研究旨在揭示參與動機、社會支持和學習成果因素之間的結構關係和社會支持的間接影響,是中國已婚女性終身教育參與者學習成果的影響因素。本調查於2023年3月1日至2023年4月1日進行,研究對象為800名中國已婚女性終身教育參與者,利用spss26.0對693個問卷進行了分析。為了分析成人人口學特徵的差异,採用了獨立樣本t檢驗和一元方差分析(one-way ANOVA analysis)。利用amos26.0分析結構模型,確認模型的路徑和媒介效果。本研究結論如下。第一,中國已婚女性終身學習參與者的參與動機和社會支持對學習成果產生了正態(+)積極的影響。囙此,為了提高中國已婚女性終身學習參與者的學習成果,要求學習者積極參與,努力提高社會支持率。第二,中國已婚女性終身學習參與者的活動指向動機、學習指向動機、社會支持和學習成果之間的關係中,社會支持被部分介導。囙此,在以中國已婚女性終生學習參與者為對象的終生學習過程中,有必要通過開發支持社會的多種活動指向動機、學習指向動機的項目,提高社會支持率的方案。通過本研究,作為提高中國已婚女性終生學習的必要性和終生學習成果的方案,參與學習的動機固然重要,但需要社會的支持。為了做好中國女性終身教育,需要形成多種社會支持因素。
The purpose of this study is to reveal the structural relationship and indirect influence of participation motivation, social support and learning outcomes. This survey was conducted from March 1, 2023 to April 1, 2023. The subjects were 800 Chinese married female lifelong education participants. 693 questionnaires were analyzed by using spss26.0. To analyze the differences in demographic characteristics of adults, the independent t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis were used.Using amos26.0 to analyze the structural model, confirm the path and media effect of the model. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the motivation and social support of married women's lifelong learning participants in China have a positive impact on learning outcomes. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of Chinese married women's lifelong learning participants, the active participation of learners is required and the social support rate is raised.Second, social support is partly mediated in the relationship between activity-oriented motivation, learning-oriented motivation, social support and learning outcomes of married women in China.Therefore, it is necessary to develop programs to support social activity-oriented motivation and learning-oriented motivation in lifelong learning for married Chinese women.Through this study, as a plan to improve the necessity and achievement of lifelong learning for married women in China, motivation to participate in learning is important, but needs social support.In order to do a good job of Chinese women's lifelong education, a variety of social support factors need to be formed.
