With the booming economy and cultural industries, the products of traditional culture no longer remain only at the level of preservation and restoration. As a carrier of interaction between people and the environment, cheongsam carries both material and social properties and functions. This study attempts to design a questionnaire from the perspective of modern women's fashion perceptions in the context of the sustainability concept based on the Technology Acceptance Model based on the research needs and hypothesis model. The questionnaire data were analyzed with the help of SPSS 21.0 and AMOSS 24.0 data analysis software, and the final study yielded the following findings: (1)The perceived functional value perceived emotional value and perceived environmental value of cheongsam have a significant positive impact on consumer attitudes. (2)There is an interconnection between the functional value perception, emotional value perception and environmental value perception of cheongsam. (3)Consumer attitude has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. (4)The functional value perception and environmental value perception of cheongsam all have a significant positive impact on emotional value perception. We hope to provide new ideas for the redesign of cheongsam, achieve the purpose of promoting and developing traditional costume culture.
