To simplify the reinforcement details of structural concrete elements by replacing conventional reinforcements such as steel bars or mesh with short steel fibers (SFs), constitutive models based on mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) at material scale should be defined. In particular, a tensile response model required for flexural analysis and design of SFRC members is based on residual flexural tensile strength. This article presents and discusses the results of three-point bending tests on 27 notched high-strength concrete beams reinforced with 2,000 MPa high-strength hooked-end SFs. high-strength hooked-end with aspect ratios (l_f /d _f) of 64, 67, and 80 were added into 60 MPa high strength concrete at volume fractions of 0.25 % (20 kg/m3), 0.50 % (40 kg/m3) and 0.75 % (60 kg/m3), respectively. The flexural test results were collected from our experiments and the literature, and analyzed in order to examine the influence of concrete and SF properties on the residual flexural tensile strength of high-strength steel- fiber-reinforced concrete (HSFRC) at serviceability limit state (SLS) and ultimate limit state (ULS).
