Since the concept of "agency" presented by the OECD is unclear in terms of specifics, we deepened our discussion on how to promote "agency" in school education by organizing the relationship with the newly proposed concept of "Otaku-power". As a result, if a person, who possesses " Otaku-power " including the ability to transmit information, shows agency, it is possible that a certain person is patient with a certain content before becoming "agency", and this could suggest a new way of learning in school education, which tends to deny the existence of patience.
