The purpose of this study is to understand the interaction fairness and employee experience (cultural environment) perceived by the MZ generation working in the casino industry, to empirically analyze the impact of these factors on organizational effectiveness, and to discuss theoretical and practical implications based on this. To this end, questionnaires were collected and analyzed among workers at three casinos in Jeju Island. According to the results of regression analysis, it was confirmed that the interaction fairness perceived by casino MZ generation employees had a significant (+) effect on employee experience (cultural environment) and a significant (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. As a result of examining the effect of employee experience (cultural environment) on organizational effectiveness, it was found to have a significant (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Finally, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of employee experience (cultural environment), it was confirmed that there was a partial mediating effect on organizational effectiveness. The positive effects of both employee experience from the perspective of cultural environment such as organisational climate and career growth potential and interaction fairness on organizational effectiveness were empirically confirmed for MZ generation working in casinos. In conclusion, MZs who perceive organisational fairness and have a positive employee experience are expected to have higher job and organizational satisfaction and improve organizational effectiveness. Therefore Human Resource managers at casinos are required to seek for opportunities to create positive employee experiences by improving organizational climate, leadership, and internal policies and improve the organization’s hardware and software systems to maintain the organizational culture which MZs can perceive the interaction fairness.
