This study examines the impact of star dependence on food program hosts. Our findings suggest the following implications While the tactics and strategies of successful hosts vary, there are commonalities. First, they create horizontal leadership relationships that allow them to humanize and connect with their audiences. The second is their ability to connect with people. Here's how viewers reacted to KBS's Korean Meals. 96 respondents (71.6%) rated the host's style as "very good" and "good". In terms of reasons for watching, 49 (36.6%) were interested in the program and 42 (31.3%) liked the host. The viewership based on the host's image was also high at 115 (85.8%). Modern society demands integrated leadership in various fields, so the phenomenon of hosts' star power and the emergence of influencers in each field is expected to continue.
