In recent years, with the rapid development of technology and the advancement of educational reforms, the application of technology in the field of education has gradually gained attention. Physical education, as an important component for students' physical and mental well-being and overall development, has also gradually incorporated technology integration practices. In the school physical education policies of both China and South Korea, an increasing number of schools are beginning to explore the integration of technology and physical education to enhance students' learning experiences and teaching effectiveness. This study comprehensively employs comparative analysis and interview methods to explore the integration of technology in the school physical education policies of China and South Korea, and evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of technology integration practices in Chinese high school physical education. Through analyzing the interview content of students, parents, and physical education coaches, it was found that technology integration practices have the potential to provide personalized learning opportunities for students, improve training effectiveness, and promote the development of students' overall abilities. However, technology integration practices face challenges such as teacher training and support, educational policies, and resource allocation. The results of this study indicate that technology integration practices have potential in the physical education of both China and South Korea, as they can provide personalized learning opportunities for students, improve training effectiveness, and promote the development of students' overall abilities. To promote the widespread application of technology integration practices, educational institutions and government departments should strengthen teacher training and support, provide adequate teaching resources, and establish scientific evaluation standards. Additionally, actively communicating and cooperating with parents can further drive the development of technology integration practices, providing high-quality physical education experiences and learning opportunities for students in both countries.
