To properly respond to new and complex situations in the work environment, lifelong learning activities related to work have recently been emphasized for office workers in that the ability to modify the knowledge and skills acquired through learning and adapt to such changes are required. In this respect, it is important to study the learning activities of office worker learners in the organization. In particular, it is difficult to find studies on lifelong learning of office workers in China. Therefore, this study takes Chinese office workers as the object to explore the role of learning activities within organizations, to examine how positive emotion, passion, and job crafting are related to organizational learning activities, how organizational learning activities are related to learners' job satisfaction, and the mediating effect of organizational learning activities among learners' positive emotion, passion, job crafting and job satisfaction. To this end, a total of 487 effective questionnaires were collected from Chinese office workers who had participated in organizational learning activities. SPSSV.22.0 and AMOSV.22.0 were used for frequency analysis, and empirical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model and other methods were used. According to the results, first, the positive emotion, passion, and job crafting of Chinese members have a positive (+) effect on organizational learning activities. Second, organizational learning activities of Chinese members have a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Third, it has a mediating effect between positive emotions and job satisfaction. Fourth, it has a mediating effect between passion and job satisfaction. Fifth,it also has a mediating effect between job crafting and job satisfaction.
