The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the enjoyment factors for boxing clubs on academic stress and school life satisfaction in secondary school students and provide basic data that can help relieve academic stress and improve school life satisfaction through participation in boxing. The secondary school student members of boxing clubs within the jurisdiction of the Capital area, as of 2021, were screened via the convenience sampling method and the data from 210 members were finally analyzed, with the exception of the insincerely completed ones or those with missing data. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed by using an SPSS 21.0 program. The results are as follows: First, accomplishment among the enjoyment factors for boxing clubs affected learning stress. Second, among the enjoyment factors for boxing clubs, health promotion affected the peer relationships; sociality and health promotion affected the relationships with teachers; and sociality affected the learning relations. Third, among the factors for academic stress, class stress affected the relationships with peers and teachers; achievement and learning stress affected the learning relations.
