The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of childcare teachers' personality on child rights awareness. A inspection was conducted on 134 teachers who participated in the curriculum for child care teachers in K area in June~July 2019. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to examine the relationship between childcare teacher's personality and child rights awareness. A multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the influence of childcare teacher's personality on child rights awareness. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the personality of child care teachers and the awareness of children's rights. And the personality of the childcare teachers accounted for 24% of children's awareness of rights. The emotional perception and the sense of belonging, which are sub-factors of childcare teachers' personality, have a significant effect. Therefore, it can be predicted that the higher the awareness and sense of emotions of child care teachers, the higher the recognition level of infants' rights. Through the results of this study, it can be seen that the professional and professional consciousness as a teacher has a great influence on the personality through the result that the sense of calling and emotional perception affects the personality factors of the childcare teacher. And the need for more systematic and practical character education is revealed. In addition, it is expected that it will be an opportunity to emphasize the legitimacy and absoluteness of the core character education of teachers in order to raise the awareness of children's rights.
