This article aimed at analyzing the effects of youth’s perceived parenting attitude difference on ego resilience and career attitude maturity, analyzing the mediated effects of ego resilience and providing basic information for an effective career counseling for youth. To this end, data were collected from 571 adolescents and analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that: First, youth’s perceived parenting attitude difference turned out to be a factor hindering ego resilience : Second, ego resilience turned out to have a positive effect on career attitude maturity: Third, in the relationship between parenting attitude difference and career attitude maturity, the mediated effect of ego resilience was confirmed. Through them, it was established that parents’ maintaining consistency with uniformed rearing attitude can be of service to youth’s ego resilience and career attitude maturity. Finally, this article discussed the suggestions of these research results.
