After Korea-China diplomatic relations was established in 1992, foreign and domestic environment between the two countries encompassing the field of politics, economics and trade enormously changed. According to WTO’s statistics (1995-2011), China was the second country after Korea, in terms of receiving anti-dumping regulations in the world. By 2011, the authorities in China filed a complaint against Korea which by then was the biggest exporting market. Therefor, to solve these problem and expand the financial profits between Korea an China, the government of the two countries began to promote FTA since 2004. This study focus on expectation issues of the FTA between Korea an China, especially in the area of trade remedy, and then find some effective solutions.
