In view of the continuous improvement of the coupling degree of the cyber-physical system of the distribution network and the large number of access to power electronic equipment, the traditional distribution network planning method cannot realize the optimal allocation of resources. This paper proposes a research on the access of new energy with high penetration rate for massive scenarios. For the coordinated planning method of the lower AC and DC distribution network, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is first used to establish the power quality evaluation system of the distribution network, considering that the evaluation indicators include voltage deviation. Four indicators of harmonic voltage, voltage fluctuation and three-phase unbalance. Then, with the goal of maximizing the power quality improvement of the system, an optimization model of the distribution network structure is constructed to guide the transformation of the network topology of the system. Finally, the solution process of the established model is designed based on the knowledge distillation algorithm, and the improvement effect of the method on the power quality of the distribution network is verified.
