Fast and accurate topology identification is particularly important to achieve the observability, measurability and controllability of distribution network. A topology identification method using second-order cone programming of power flow estimation is proposed in this paper. Using a small number of line power measurements and a large number of load pseudo-measurements, the power flow estimation of the distribution network with unknown topology is completed by constructing a second-order cone programming problem. According to the power flow estimation results, the possible topologies are screened and their difference indices is compared to complete topology identification. The effectiveness of the proposed topology identification method is examined on the IEEE 33-bus test case.
