In this paper, the continuous-time model of interruptible load (IL) is established and integrated with the continuous-time robust unit commitment (RUC), to deal with the random fluctuation of wind power within scheduling intervals. With the continuous-time modeling method, the continuous trajectory of the interruptible load is described by cubic Bernstein polynomials and then integrated into continuous-time RUC model. The proposed model is solved by the C&CG algorithm. Simulation results in IEEE 14-bus system verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. The comparisons between the proposed model, continuous-time RUC without IL and discrete-time RUC with IL demonstrate better economic performance and higher robustness of the proposed model.
