In this paper, the problems of plugging structure easy to fall off and hardening cracking caused by traditional plugging methods such as cement plugging for distribution box cable holes are analyzed. A new hole plugging device based on cam linkage mechanism is designed by using Archimedes spiral approximation principle and gas pump push rod as power source, which realizes good tightness and sealing of the plugging device. Through the pressure and temperature analysis of the ideal gas at the tight position of the sealing device, the applicability of the sealing device in the gas-liquid pipeline is proved, which has important reference value for improving the service life of the gas pipeline.
