The AC filter is an important part of the reactive power control function design of the DC power transmission project. The ± 500kV Luquan converter station is a rectifier station in the Lu-Gao-Zhao multi-terminal DC transmission project. During its operation, there is an abnormal phenomenon of frequent switching of the AC filter. This paper analyzes the abnormal phenomenon and proposes optimization measures. It is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of conventional and multi-terminal DC transmission projects.
