The research team has built and applied a 5G+MEC Internet of Vehicles (IoV) to demonstrate a number of typical 10V application scenarios through multi-source data fusion processing of MEC and C-V2X. The operational grading assessment for 10V network is still in the exploration stage, based on which research related to sustainable operation of IoV in 5G+MEC testbed environment has been conducted. Compared with the autonomous driving grading standard, the 5.9G Hz 10 V grading assessment is more complex and difficult to be measured by a single scenario or dimension. It has to fully consider both the different types of working domains of mobile communication networks and the system scope of the end-to-end network from network elements to the whole network. The comprehensive intelligence level of the network is a comprehensive reflection of the superposition of the above two aspects of intelligence. The network operation classification is also divided into six levels from L0 to L5, and each level corresponds to a different level of intelligence. This study provides some ideas and suggestions for the evaluation and application of 10 V network grading, and provides useful reference for the construction of unified 10 V construction specifications and technical standards in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area.
