We report a large area uniform graphene was graphically grown directly on a mental-oxide-semiconductor substrate at low temperature. The graphene was grown and used for the fabrication of graphene-V 2 O 5 -Si Schottky junction photodetectors with a responsivity of 388.3 mA/W.
