The environmental quality of stacked hen houses is an important factor affecting the production of laying hens. An evaluation model of environmental quality in different locations of hen houses is established based on 4-layer and 8-layer caged hen houses under the environment with high temperature and humidity in summer: the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to find out the environmental quality level of each detection point, and the environmental quality of different locations of hen houses was evaluated and compared according to the results. The environmental level was quantified into environmental scores, and the analysis shows that the trend of environmental scores and the egg-laying rate is consistent, which reveals a strong correlation between environmental quality and egg-laying rate. A method for roughly predicting the egg-laying rate of caged layer hens in an environment with high temperature and humidity is provided in this paper.
