Radio frequency identification technology (RFID) is a non-contact automatic identification technology realized by radio frequency communication. The technology is compatible with the ISO18000-6C protocol and has characteristics of multiple commands and diverse state jumps. This results in more diverse and complicated scenarios in the verification process. As verification accounts for an increasing proportion of the entire design process, in order not to affect the schedule of tapeout and the time to market, the implementation of efficient, complete and reusable verification methods has become the first consideration in current verification work. This paper builds a set of efficient RFID verification platform based on UVM. The platform redefines the underlying transaction and adopts granular layered design. For verification of memory and command state, fully automatic black box verification method using reference and scoreboard model is constructed to improve the reusability of the verification platform and reduce the bottom_level development workload of verifiers.
