In this work, X-ray detectors with perovskite Cs 2 AgBiBr 6 –Tellurium (Te) heterojunction structure are fabricated through low-cost solution process. The heterojunction-based devices exhibit a good contact between Cs 2 AgBiBr 6 and Te interface in nano-scale, showing a remarkable dark current reduction compared with pure Cs 2 AgBiBr 6 devices. The X-ray detectors display an attractive detection sensitivity up to 4000 $\mu \mathrm{CGy}_{\mathrm{air}}{ }^{-1} \mathrm{~cm}^{-2}$ and an ultra-low minimum detectable dose rate of 29.0 $\mathrm{nGy}_{\text {airs }}{ }^{-1}$. This work helps promote the development of lead-free perovskite-based X-ray detectors in the fields of X-ray optoelectronics.
