The transfer matrix method is applied to analyze the interaction of electromagnetic waves with stratified biaxial bianisotropic chiral media for the s and $p$ linearly, as well as left-and right-handed circularly polarized incident waves. The reciprocity and differential reflectances for stratified chiral slabs are illustrated. The work in this paper may provide guidelines for formulating and solving electromagnetic propagation and scattering problems for planar structures containing biaxial bianisotropic chiral media.
