Based on a comprehensive investigation of the existing ocean information platform, this article proposes an ocean platform electronic information system architecture model. The model has the characteristics of energy self-protection, wide application range and strong mission system carrying capacity. The article studies the signal multipath fading characteristics of the ocean information platform, analyzes the change characteristics of the signal bandwidth at different frequencies, and analyzes the influence of random noise on the transmission signal and bit error rate. The study found that the channel characteristics have more similarities with the underwater acoustic channel. This conclusion broadens the research ideas for improving the transmission performance of the XCTD channel.
