With the continuous development of network technology, heterogeneity is one of the main characteristics of future wireless networks. How to provide the best connection for end users is considered an important point. This paper, we designed a network selection optimization algorithm based on AHP and TOPSIS for possible mobile devices to improve the system's performance. Through supplying necessary parameters and conditions, the designed algorithm can automatically judge which network is the best one for the current task. This will be helpful for possible mobile devices to increase their efficiency.
