We demonstrated a silicon-photonic OPA chip with a field of view of $102^{\circ}\times 208^{\circ} \text{and}$ an angular resolution of $0.2^{\circ}\times 0.2^{\circ}$, which provides a foundation for the application of larger-scale OPA chips to all-solid-state LIDAR.
