The forecast model of the technical state of telecommunication system based on intelligent model of time series alignment is proposed. This model uses mathematically formalized principles of Gestalt theory and the idea of minimization of the sum of squared deviations of the formed points of the first and second orders. Application of the model allows to provide compensation of measurement errors with a valid dissimilarity index of 0,9-5%.
