The stress and deformation of concrete curved box girder bridge due to temperature are complex, but the climatic conditions in different regions are quite different. In order to study the temperature gradient of concrete box girder in Shandong province, a temperature monitoring system was installed in a bridge for long-term continuous monitoring. Based on the analysis of massive monitoring data by mathematical statistics, the temperature distribution of concrete box girder transverse to top and bottom and vertical to box girder in summer and winter are obtained. On this basis, a temperature gradient function of concrete curved box girder suitable for Shandong area is proposed. The results can provide a reference for the design of concrete curved box girder bridges in areas close to Shandong province in terms of climate conditions and the formulation of relevant codes.
