a multi-layer film structure is demonstrated on the cleaved end face of double-cladding fiber for ultrasound generation. The acoustic pressure generated from the probe is 146kPa with a bandwidth of 38MHz. Meanwhile, this probe has the potential to integrate ultrasound generation and detection.
