This paper introduces a front-end design of X-band filter limiting RF receiver which can withstand 250W pulse power. A high pass filter with high suppression is designed by HFSS simulation. The suppression of 1GHz outside the left band is greater than 75dbc. The limiter adopts three-stage limiting cascade scheme, in which the second stage limiter is a double transistor parallel structure, and the withstanding pulse power can reach 250W. The front-end of filter limiting RF receiver is processed and tested, and the test results meet the requirements of the system.
