In the existing UAV system, the sensor assembly located inside the flight controller, and it will be vibration during flight, resulting in the data deviation of the sensor component within its flight controller. This paper is done by designing a vibration resistance module including a carrier unit for mounting a sensor assembly and a vibration resistance unit connected with the carrier and can buffer the vibration generated to the sensor assembly when the vehicle operates. The vibration resistance unit buffers the vibration caused by the operation of the aircraft, thus improving the data deviation of the angle and acceleration sensor due to the vibration, which is conducive to improving the accuracy of the angle and acceleration sensor detection data.
