On the basis of ASCI model, the satisfaction structure model of Higher Vocational Students' network course is established according to the characteristics of different stages of students' satisfaction development. Then, refering to the CEQ, the questionnaire is designed and 182 valid questionnaires are collected. Through the structural equation analysis, it shows that: the perception of usefulness and teaching quality has a significant positive impact. Students have a higher perception of the interaction between teachers and students of live-broadcast and platform, and the smoothness of learning process.
