High-resolution thermal and magnetic vector gradient imaging is demonstrated using diamond quantum sensors in a microstructured fiber probe platform. These sensors are capable of in situ magnetic field and temperature measurements with $160\ {\text{pT/}}\sqrt {{\text{Hz}}}$ and $25\ {\text{mK/}}\sqrt {{\text{Hz}}}$ sensitivities.
