This paper introduces the precise phase extraction of synthetic wavelength ranging based on optical frequency comb by using I/Q (In-phase/Quadrature) demodulation algorithm. A synthetic wavelength ranging system of optical frequency comb has been built. The real-time phase detection of 101.4 MHz signal and its harmonic 11.3 GHz signal is realized by the modulated high-speed photodetector using the optical frequency comb. The measure error of the mean is under 10µm within the range of 42 m is obtained.
