To a certain extent, building a personalized learning recommendation system based on learner differences and user needs as the center helps learners to acquire knowledge more efficiently and conveniently. The user model is the core part of the personalized learning recommendation system. It describes the learner’s personalized characteristics and different learning goals, and is the basis for the system to call domain resources and select push strategies. This article starts from the perspective of learners, based on the CELTS.11 learner model specification, combined with the characteristics of Chinese Bridge Chinese learners, and selects learner characteristics such as the user’s basic personal information, learning style, and knowledge level to reflect the differences between learners.. The user model researched and designed in this paper has certain applicable value, and has guiding significance for the follow-up improvement of the personalized learning recommendation system.
