A connected array with backing reflector using printed dipoles as array element is proposed in this paper. In order to connect the current on the dipole surface, 1/2λ microstrip line is used to provide same directional current to the arms of dipole. The high aperture impedance is introduced by the strong coupling of connected elements. A feeding network which include microstrip line and parallel line is adopted to transform the 150Ohms impedance to 50Ohms. An eight radiated elements array is modeled and simulated. Simulated results show a VSWR
