The optimal structure design and preparation of silicon-organic hybrid integrated electro-optic modulator with electro-optic polymer filled in slot waveguide are presented. It has 3dB bandwidth of 77GHz and the half-wave voltage-length product of 0.045V·cm. © 2020 The Author(s)
