In this paper, a dry-type transformer with the type of SGB10-800/6/0.315 is investigated by three-dimensional entity transformer model. Based on the theory of electromagnetic field and mechanical coupling field, the vibration characteristics of transformer windings are simulated. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the calculation. The vibration characteristics of dry transformer windings in normal and loose state are obtained.
