In view of the structural complexity of the winding bar at the end of the stator of a large turbogenerator, this paper studies the equivalent method for the bar and uses the finite element method to numerically simulate the three-point bending test of the straight section of the bar to obtain the bending stiffness and the deflection, so that the wire rod is equivalent, simplifying the modeling of the end wire rod and reducing the calculation time. These research results are hoped to provide help for the design and improvement of the generator end structure.
