This paper takes the antenna base of a certain equipment as the research object. According to the engineering practice, the research method of “design- simulation - optimization - test and verification” is adopted to evaluate the impact resistance of the antenna base, the impact resistance of the antenna base is evaluated objectively through the test. The double-wave Impact machine were used to test and evaluate the impact resistance of the antenna base, which provided a reference for similar devices containing a large number of electronic components to carry out impact resistance design, dynamic analysis and impact test. It provides a more scientific method to ensure that electronic equipment can meet the requirements of shock resistance design and lightweight design.
