Aiming at the problems of automatic scoring in power grid accident handling, a comprehensive intelligent evaluation method combining index evaluation and rule evaluation is proposed. Firstly, according to the operating characteristics of the power grid, an evaluation index system with operational safety, grid safety and power supply reliability is established, which realizes the evaluation of operation results and operation quality. Then, based on the operation task, a hierarchical operation step evaluation rule model is established, which realizes the evaluation of the operation process. Finally, the evaluation results of the above two evaluations are comprehensively weighted to achieve a comprehensive intelligent evaluation of the entire assessment process. The practical application shows that the method can achieve automatic scoring of grid operation and accident handling process, and it can better meet the needs of training and assessment of grid operators such as Substation operator and dispatcher.
