A novel probabilistic energy management method for active distribution network based on flexibility balance mechanism is presented in this paper. Controllable components and demand elasticity operated by distribution system operator (DSO) and multiple stakeholders are mobilized to supply bi-dimensional flexibility for responding to flexibility requirements, which is composed of uncertain intervals. The DSO coordinates the market operation under systematic constraints, whereas the stakeholders readjust their outputs and spot prices driven by profit. This interaction is simulated by multi-master-follower game, from which a bi-level model is constructed and transformed as a convex single-level problem to solve. Numerical simulations exhibit the application and the effectiveness of the proposed method.
