Visible light communication system is a kind of broadband line-of-sight communication system developed rapidly in recent years. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of spectrum resources in visible communication system, this paper introduces opportunity routing mechanism on the basis of traditional cross-layer routing protocol. A multi-channel cross-layer opportunistic routing protocol is designed. A multi-channel cross-layer opportunistic routing protocol is designed to analyze the operation process of multichannel cross-layer opportunistic routing protocol from the aspects of forwarding list group, channel allocation, next hop node and forwarding data packet. Finally, the advantages of CLORP protocol, DCA+ AODV protocol and CAPC+AODV protocol are analyzed by using network simulator, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the information transmission efficiency of multi-channel visible light communication system.
