Electro-hydraulic forming (EHF) process is one high strain rate forming technique which deforms the metal plate based on high-voltage discharge between two electrodes positioned in the liquid-filled chamber. Many researches on the electro-hydraulic forming process with free bulging or specific dies have been conducted. Here in this paper, one flexible die was designed and various dies were combined with the electro-hydraulic forming device to achieve various metal parts under different discharge voltages. The experimental results validated the capability of EHF in sheet metal forming.
